Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Cosmetic Solutions
Location: Boca Raton, FLReports To: PresidentCompany Overview:Cosmetic Solutions is a premier private-label contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality skincare and cosmetic products. With a strong reputation for innovation, compliance, and operational excellence, we partner with top beauty brands worldwide to develop and manufacture cutting-edge products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and Optimize manufacturing, production planning, inventory control, purchasing, tech services, quality, warehouse, inventory management, and engineering functions to ensure seamless production and delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop & Monitor financial & performance KPIs and key operational metrics to track performance, planned growth, and drive continuous improvements.
- Support new product development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring operational feasibility and seamless launch processes.
- Strengthen supply chain resilience by optimizing sourcing, procurement, and inventory management strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and supply chain team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing, preferably in skincare, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience in a contract manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of operational scalability and process optimization.
- Strong background in GMP, FDA, ISO compliance, and regulatory affairs for skincare and personal care products.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and heavy reliance on operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus).
