Administration Support – Hybrid in Westminster, CO
Adecco is hiring for an Order Administration Support role in Westminster, CO . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for professionals with experience in claims management, customer service, dispute resolution, or accounting/finance .

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing, shipping, service quality, and other concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, credit & collections, and operations , to find effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Process tax corrections, issue credits/debits , and support financial documentation management.
Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring positive experiences and prompt issue resolution.
Support system enhancements and participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in claims management, customer service, order administration, or finance/accounting preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic and customer-focused approach .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce CRM) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .

Pay Details: $23.78 per hour
