What You'll Be Doing
Manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Work closely with team members to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is ready for operation at all times.
Implement innovative process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Prepare and analyze relevant reports to support strategic decision-making.

Conditions of Employment
The successful candidate must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
Some roles may require ongoing drug testing regulated by FMCSA.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, and elevated noise levels.
Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
