Job Description :

We are building out our sales team and looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive the company's growth in the computer and network security industry. As a Senior Account Executive in an early stage company, your territory will be wide open, and you will be responsible for pursuing & securing net new enterprise-level customers across industries and geographies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create demand using marketing programs, prior relationships, partnerships and networking. Additionally, you will need to be able to qualify and sell to multiple constituents across the C-Suite and below while effectively communicating the compelling SixMap value proposition, cultivating potential partnerships, and building commercial relationships. This position is remote and will report directly to the VP, Sales.

SixMap protects some of the world's largest and most complex government and corporate enterprises with a continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) platform. The SixMap platform is powered by an advanced computational mapping engine that quickly discovers and continuously monitors the unique contours of the extended enterprise's Internet-facing assets across IPv4 and IPv6. Responsibilities
      • Identify, qualify and close new enterprise-level accounts across the U.S.
      • Execute a business development plan to over-achieve annual goals
      • Identify and develop relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization
      • Qualify customer requirements, budgets, timelines and decision making process in order to propose SixMap solutions that meet the customer's needs
      • Represent SixMap at trade shows and other events to identify sales opportunities, promote the company, and enhance its reputation
      • Use industry expertise to build credibility with a deep understanding of the cyber security market, trends, challenges and customer requirements
      • Present solutions to the customer with a clear business and technical rationale, including pricing and terms negotiation to gain the customer's agreement.
      • Collect feedback from customers and prospects to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for product roadmap or offerings based on customer input
      • Collaborate internally and represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings
      • Enter customer information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct customer contact into Salesforce.com to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities

Requirements

      • 8+ years of successful experience in an Enterprise sales role within the networking and/or cyber security industry
      • Track record of over-achieving sales goals
      • Strong presentation and story telling skills
      • Proven ability to manage sales opportunities from prospect to closure, with a focus on competitive take-out
      • Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using SalesForce.com
      • Extensive contacts in the networking/cybersecurity security field
      • Prospecting and demand generation required with the help of marketing to build pipeline
      • Strong negotiating skills and finding the win-win with prospects
      • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks to successful completion
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Prior startup experience required to be most successful in this role
      • Highly competitive, proactive, ability to learn and adjust quickly
      • Some travel required for events, conferences and customer meetings. Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
