Merchandiser FULL-TIME

$23/hr

• Drive through assigned territory to call on established accounts and perform required service.• Transport products from on-site storage area to shelves and coolers.• Rotate existing products and place new products on the shelves following our strict rotation and stocking policy.• Clean and organize on-site storage area after completion of stocking product.• Refill existing displays with products from the on-site storage areas.• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM Shift length: 10 - 13 hours While training 5 days/week, after 4x10's; must be available weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 45 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Possess a valid driver's license and liability insurance.Maintain a clean DMV record (less than 3 points).Use your own vehicle for work to travel to a variety of store locations (auto allowance paid).Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.Perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.Successfully complete a background check, physical, and drug screening.Bring previous retail or grocery experience (preferred).Have one to two years of merchandising experience.Exhibit flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.Undergo a background check.Maneuver a fully loaded hand truck, operate a pallet jack, and work around forklifts efficiently.Lift items repetitively from floor to waist, chest high, and above.
