This is a unique opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with scientists, engineers, and researchers at the forefront of innovation in life sciences and computational technologies.In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure to manage, process, and curate petabytes of computational and experimental data. You will develop and optimize workflows for delivering data to machine learning pipelines and create automated solutions for data lifecycle management in cutting-edge research initiatives.What You'll Work On:

Developing and maintaining systems to model, index, and curate large datasets, including data generated by high-performance computing systems.

Building and optimizing pipelines for processing computational and experimental data.

Architecting workflows to enable seamless delivery of large datasets to machine learning training systems.

Automating processes to streamline the handling of life sciences data.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Python programming skills and a deep interest in large-scale data management.

Experience with machine learning systems, frameworks, and data lifecycles.

Proficiency with Linux/UNIX tools and familiarity with scientific software development.

Knowledge of large-scale chemical databases, workflow automation, and life science data handling is a plus.
