Job Description: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. Your role will involve:

• Supporting the student in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring the student is fully engaged.
• Implementing personalized learning plans and strategies.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the student’s progress.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
