Tradewind is working with an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' primary school in Sutton, currently seeking an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students in KS1 or KS2.

This popular 2-form entry school is dedicated to nurturing children with a range of abilities, including those with communication, interaction difficulties, and cognitive disorders.

• Have experience supporting pupils with ASD in a classroom setting.

• Provide 1:1 support for an autistic pupil in KS1 or KS2.
• Create and lead intervention sessions for SEN groups.
• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Work in line with pupils' EHCP targets.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress.

• Experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of supporting children with autism.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
• Your CV should cover the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
