1st Line MSP Engineer - In Technology Group Limited : Job Details

Role: 1st Line MSP EngineerLocation: Lancaster, LancashireSalary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

My client a well-established Managed Service Provider are looking for a 1st Line engineer who has previous helpdesk experience or 1 year experience within a similar role. You will be supporting a variety of clients across Lancashire from their office in the heart of Lancaster.

Please note - you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle - this is an essential requirement

You would need to have an understanding of or hands on experience with:

• Office 365 & applications
• Active Directory
• Virtualisation
• Windows Server up to 2019
• DNS / DHCP
• Networking - VPN's / VLAN's / Wireshark
• Wireless Technologies - Aruba / Meraki
