We are looking for a 1st Line Support engineer with about a years’ worth of experience. This is a great company based in London that we have placed several people with before, in fact the team you are joining is made up of CORE alumni! Experience with Microsoft office 365 is required as well as dealing with multiple tickets and working face to face with users. Any experience in the retail sector would be of use, and applicants must be happy to work weekends on rotation.
