This company are looking for an IT Customer Support professional who loves working with technology - inlcuding hardware and software, as well as communications systems.

Ideally you will have:

** Interest in IT, tech and communications

** Good Problem solving and Customer Service skills

** Excellent phone manner

** Desirable ** IT Support experience from a 1st Line or Helpdesk Support role
