I am representing an award winning IT MSP who need someone to Join their team to manage the on-site lifecycle of service incidents, requests, and change requests, delivering high-quality services to internal and external partners efficiently.
Experience
- High-quality on-site support for a highly established financial sector client.
- Desk-side support for senior executives.
- Office moves, desktop setup, build, and upgrade.
- Administering cloud solutions: Microsoft Azure and Office365.
- Technical background: Office 365, EMS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows OS.
- Financial sector experience with Bloomberg, OMS, and PMS platforms is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
Duties
- Resolve incidents and perform scheduled/emergency activities on client sites.
- Manage the lifecycle of service events.
- Provide remote/on-site end-user support.
- Setup equipment for new hires and departures.
- Research and develop problem solutions.
- Provide support within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain end-user services and technical documentation.
- Support multi-function devices, telephony, and specialized IT equipment.
- Ensure quick service restoration and minimal business disruption.
- Participate in change projects and continual service improvement.
