Hiring for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Support for a global SaaS company in Chester. There are looking for someone to join the helpdesk, helping to ensure that the team meet their users’ expectations in providing support.
The role has a varied working pattern. Some weeks 5 days in the office, some weeks remote, with a varied team rota covering the hours between 6am and 6pm.
