Role: 2nd Line IT EngineerLocation: Central LancasterSalary: £26,000 - £33,000 DOE

Our client who are within the Managed IT space, support a vast range of clients within different industries around Lancashire. They are looking for a hands-on 2nd Line IT Engineer who don't mind working in a fast paced environment supporting clients remotely and on-site.

Tech Stack:

• Virtualisation - VMWare or Hyper-V
• Office 365 - Deployments & Management
• Applications - Intune, SharePoint, PowerShell
• Cloud Services
• Active Directory / Group Policy's
• Windows Server up to 2019
• DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP
• Networking - VPN's / VLAN's / Wireshark
• Wireless Technologies - Aruba / Meraki

• Clear communication skills (no tech jargon)
• Have a can-do attitude, be a team player
• Great customer service skills
• Able to speak on the phone / respond to emails
• Have 1 year minimum experience within an IT environment
