2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support EngineerGlasgow/Onsite £25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Resolve escalated technical issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Collaborate with 1st line support engineers to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and client interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and procedures.
