2nd Line Support Engineer - DK Recruitment : Job Details

DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in South Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT.

Duties

• Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team
• Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
• Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details

• Veritas (Symantec) Backup Exec
• Network Support
• HPE/Dell SANs
• HPE Server Hardware & Switches
• Office 365 & Azure
• PowerShell
• Windows Server

Paying up to £36,000 with on-call allowance (1 week a month is a shift of 1.30pm-10pm) and this week can be worked remote.
