2nd Line Support Engineer - vertex-it-solutions : Job Details

We are partnered with a managed serviced company who are recruiting for a 2nd Line level Desktop Support Engineer on a permanent basis in Annan, Scotland.

This role operates 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday with Fridays completely off!

General duties include:

- Active directory - creating, deleting users, group policies

- MS365 application support

- Networking Fundamentals - LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP

To qualify:

- Must be eligible for SC clearance

- Must be able to commute to Annan four days per week

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must have 2+ years experience in the above technologies
