Job Description :

Our client is looking for a 2nd Line Support contractor to start ASAP on an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend long term thereafter. 

Inside IR35 

5 days on site 

Key skills/experience

  • Setting up User and Accounts and Admin
  • Documentation
  • Looking at the processes to see where improvements can be made
  • Active Directory 
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Telephony experience 
  • Desktop – creation of images through imaging software/software roll out
  • Citrix - Netscaler
  • AV – take control of updates and installations
  • Working alongside the IT manager to ensure support tickets are meeting SLAs.
  • Network - some works may involve working alongside the server administrator where responsibilities overlap
