360 Excavator Operator / Groundworker

Christchurch, Dorset

£20 p.h with 9 hours paid per day

Duration - Long term ongoing work with potential to be taken on permanently after 3 to 6 months.

Reed Recruitment (Southampton branch) are recruiting for a 360 Operator Driver / Groundworker for long-term ongoing work for our client based in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client specialises in all aspects of groundworks from patios, driveways, foundations and drainage. Their clients include well established main contractors as well as private domestic clients. All work is generally local within the Dorset region.

The role:

Working within a small team of 3 or 4 groundworkers on local projects around Christchurch and surrounding areas, your main function will be as a 360 excavator operator but equally you will be expected to jump off the cab and assist the groundworkers when no machine work to do, it is not an out and out machine driving role.

Essential requirements:

• CPCS  or NPORS 360 card above and below 10 tonnes
• Fit and able and experienced as a groundworker
• Own transport
