You'll also be the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are key.Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu 24.04).
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Expertise in containerisation (Docker).
• Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms.
• Familiarity with Octopus Deploy, Bash/PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra).
• Proven 3rd Line Support experience.
