3rd Line Engineer (Contract, Remote - 4 Months)

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer for a remote contract position (4 months). In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimising IT infrastructure across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for systems like Windows Server OS, Active Directory, SQL, Azure IaaS, networks, firewalls, and more.
• Resolve complex incidents and lead troubleshooting efforts to minimise downtime and ensure system performance.
• Implement and optimise automation tools and processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve systems and documentation.
• Assist with proactive maintenance, patching, and capacity planning.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in 3rd Line Support, with strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, networks, and more.
• Experience with automation tools and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
