3rd Line Technical Support & Project EngineerAn opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, dynamic and leading managed service provider as a 3rd Line Technical Support & Project Engineer.The 3rd Line Technical Support & Project Engineer position involves a mix of on-site customer support, remote troubleshooting and project delivery. You’ll be able to work closely with a variety of clients to optimise their IT Systems as well as serving as an escalation point for more advanced technical issues.As the 3rd Line Technical Support & Project Engineer the required skills and experience including:
- Experience of working within Windows Server environments (2016-2022) as well as Active Directory, AD Sync and Group Policies
- Clear working experience of configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, VPNs and Firewalls.
- A history of working in deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Experience of troubleshooting and managing devices and policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune.
- Working experience of Hyper-V within previous roles.
- Experience of working within an MSP previously is essential.
