3rd Line Infrastructure Support and Projects Engineer - IT Search & Select : Job Details

Hybrid working, 1 - 2 days in the office per week. Our client is a top tier Managed Service Provider with offices in the UK, Europe, US and Australia. Although having a global presence, they still maintain the feel of a small to medium size company. At the the heart of their success is employing the right staff that fit into the environment and tend to stay very long term. Due to continued expansion, our client are looking for an additional senior level support person with upwards of 7+ years IT support experience. You will be working as the last line of support and carrying out interesting project work.

You will have come from an environment where you've been carrying out 3rd line support of MS based systems. Your experience will encompass the following:

Essential Skills

• MS Azure
• VMware
• MS Office 365
• MS Teams
• General Windows systems

Desirable Skills

• Design and implementation of new VMware infrastructure
• Experience of migration work from on-prem to datacentre environment
