7.5 TONNE DELIVERY DRIVERS

WORKING 4 DAYS BETWEEN MONDAY - SATURDAY: 06.30 - 17.30

£13.00 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties

• Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Delivering and installing furniture in customer's homes
• Carrying out vehicle inspections
• Working through a delivery schedule with the support of your crew mate
• Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto vehicles
• Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
• Making sure the team is safe by carrying out checks and driving safely
• Heavy lifting

Essential Skills

• Previous experience within a driving role
• Valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
• Valid CPC & Digi Card
• Experienced with the use and regulation of tachographs
• Knowledge and understanding of safety requirements of operating vehicles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling as this role involves heavy lifting
• Hard working
• Team player

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial.
