Milk Education is partnered with a local college in Hulll who are looking for an ATT Tutor to start ASAP. The role is a permenant role, with the freedom to innovate and a supportive work culture, you’ll have all the tools you need to thrive and grow in your career.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engaging teaching materials and resources, delivering high-quality, interactive learning experiences.
• Coach and mentor students, guiding them through their accounting programmes and reinforcing their learning through practical applications.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure success at every stage.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support learners across different programmes, ensuring all records and tracking are up to date.
• Foster a dynamic learning environment, where every student feels supported and motivated to achieve their best.

Non Negotiables: 

• A Level 3/4 qualification in Accounting.
• A Level 3 Award in Education and Training/Cert Ed/PGCE.
• Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and maths.
• L3 Assessor qualification
