We are seeking a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor to join a dynamic and well-established organisation. This role focuses on absence management, well-being, and family-friendly policies, offering an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced environment.

About the RoleAs an HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR advice to managers, helping them navigate absence and well-being matters. Your role will involve managing HR cases, offering expert guidance, and ensuring the best outcomes for both the business and its colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of HR cases with a focus on absence management and well-being.
• Provide advice on flexible working and family-friendly policies.
• Coach and support managers to enhance their people management skills.
• Ensure all case details are accurately recorded and resolved within deadlines.
• Prepare and review formal documentation, offering constructive feedback to managers.
• Deliver practical HR solutions that align with employment law and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in managing HR cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
• Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
