Account CoordinatorDN15 8QW£12phGroup are looking for an On Site Account Coordinator to join us in our busy factory Office in Scunthorpe.As the Account Coordinator you will be responsible for managing your site and coordinating staff. A natural at developing relationships with key stakeholders, you will want to deliver best in class recruitment service from the get go, to both our client and our candidates. To achieve this you will be responsible for:* Ensure appropriate management of temporary labor including absence management andterminations where necessary.* Understand the culture of the client's business and requirements to meet demand.* Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner to the client's satisfaction.* Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness, or attendance issues are adhered to.* Ensure all applicant records are maintained in accordance with Gi Group procedures.* Effective allocation of labor to ensure optimum use of skills.* Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.* Accurate maintenance of all starters and leavers.* Administration that is site specific.* Dealing with holiday and pay queries.* Record absences on relevant systems.* Ensure all workers have the right to work and all documents are added to internal system readyfor payroll and adding new starter packs and inductions.* Preparation of interview and induction packs ready for registrations.* Be responsible for forms and documents being readily available for the Account team.* Uploading worker documents and forms to temporary workers files online.* Attract, screen, recruit and induct a temporary workforce to meet client requirements whilstadhering to employment law legal requirements.* Place adverts in line with legal requirements.* Screen candidates and use the interview diary to book registration and inductions.* Perform return to work interviews.* Manage recruited candidate's performance daily and weekly to ensure that clients and workersare consistently satisfied and hitting performance KPI's.* Perform daily check ins.* Management of holiday authorization for temporary workforce.* Support the Account Manager with any day-to-day tasks they may require and need support.* Regularly 'walk the floor'.Perform other duties as assigned.The role will also include daily meetings with the client, and you must be able to show the confidence to deal with discrepancies on orders placed and received.You will need to have a keen eye for detail and seeing that the job is completed to the end will be very important to you.
