What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
  • Managing the full sales process, from initial meetings to closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with corporate clients and professional introducers
  • Delivering engaging presentations and tailored employee benefits solutions
  • Working alongside internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
What They’re Looking For:
  • A proactive, driven, and ambitious sales professional
  • Strong B2B sales or account management experience
  • A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and a structured sales pipeline
  • Financial Services experience (pensions/employee benefits) is ideal but not essential
  • Willingness to work towards QCF Level 4 industry exams if not already held
