Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generating fresh business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Overseeing the complete sales journey, from initial contact to finalising agreements
- Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with corporate clients and professional referrers
- Delivering persuasive presentations and tailored employee benefits packages
- Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee smooth client integration
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a hunger for success
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to foster meaningful connections
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain an organised sales pipeline
- Previous experience within Financial Services (pensions/employee benefits) is desirable but not mandatory
- A willingness to pursue QCF Level 4 industry qualifications if not already attained
