A fast-paced ad-tech business seeking a data-driven Account Director to own the digital advertising strategy for enterprise clients. The role leads a team of data-savvy digital marketing analysts and account managers and is responsible for devising strategies that achieve Return on Ad Spend targets for enterprise clients.
The Role
- Lead Client Relationships: You'll serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their needs and driving strategic growth using a data-driven approach
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and refine digital marketing strategies, leveraging automation and data-based insights to increase client ROI and grow ad spend across metasearch, paid search, and display campaigns.
- Manage Profitability: Own the profit and loss for client accounts, ensuring profitable and scalable growth. Spot opportunities to upsell advanced data solutions
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Digital Marketing Analysts
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends. Use these insights to develop testing initiatives, provide strategic feedback, and lead key conversations during quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Your Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role in digital marketing or adtech
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with budget spend of $millions/month
- Expertise in metasearch, paid search, and display advertising.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and present actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multipoint client interactions and present high-level strategies to executive stakeholders.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a knack for solving complex client challenges using automation and data-driven solutions.
