Our client, a leading MARCOMS agency is recruiting an Account Director to lead campaign activities for one of their major international clients.You will oversee this well-known brand by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, whilst driving business value through effective account management.As a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, you will fully utilise your deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns.Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their goals and expectations are met.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, including planning, delivery, and optimisation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with KPIs.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across all domains and channels to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain campaign timelines and schedules, proactively addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies, enhance integration, and drive business value.
- Take responsibility for budgets, annual marketing plans, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, helping to refine processes and exceed client expectations.
- Communicate new business requirements or insights to internal teams, contributing to broader growth and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of years of experience in the marketing media/agency industry, preferably in a comparable role.
- Proven track record in account and campaign management, client, and stakeholder management
- Strong operational excellence and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen related to marketing activities.
- Proficiency in understanding data analytics and utilising insights for decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent team management skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for successful client and stakeholder collaboration.
