Account Director - g2 Field Marketing : Job Details

We are looking for a driven Account Director to join our team. g2 is an award-winning, leading field marketing agency that connects leading leisure, lifestyle, and tech brands with consumers across retail, online, and B2B channels by bringing them to life through captivating in-store experiences, events, and direct engagement. Our teams work collaboratively to bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience to every interaction.

This is your chance to lead the way in building excitement and sharing knowledge about the brand in stores and contact centres across the UK. You'll work closely with a major mobile brand, helping them shine and building their retail portfolio, and build strong relationships, head up a talented team, and leverage insights to bring new ideas and growth towards targets.

Your Package:

• A salary up to £60,000 (DOE), plus a bonus and car allowance.
• A permanent spot on our team (Monday-Friday).
• Hybrid working: 3 days remote, with 2 days a week with the g2 team in our Newbury office.
• 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days based on tenure) + bank holidays + buy & sell holiday options.

Your Role:

• Building a great partnership with the brand, finding creative ways to boost their presence.
• Guiding our strategy across different channels whilst keeping an eye on trends to spot new opportunities.
• Managing budgets smartly.
• Turning insights into initiatives that improve performance and outcomes.
• Leading and supporting your team to do their best work.

Sound like you? We’re looking for:

• Experience in field marketing within the mobile sector.
• Proven experience in building strong client relationships and getting people onboard.
• Great communication skills and an eye for spotting trends with a commercial mindset.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
