As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to identify & qualify sales opportunities to achieve their assigned growth.
The responsibilities of this Account Director- Life Sciences role-
- Management of a team of Sales representatives as part of the responsibility for driving bookings and revenue.
- Cultivate relationships with key account customers to enhance revenues throughout the Solution portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost product engagement and revenue.
- Ensure, through the customer success team, complete client satisfaction post-sale and the successful integration of the product/service
- Development and execution of strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities and accounts within assigned territory
- Coordination of resources within sales and other departments in order to reach goals
To be successful in this Account Director- Life Sciences -
- Ideally having 5-6 years + sales experience in pharma, life science med-tech or health-tech environment
- Proven ability to develop client-focused solutions in B2B SaaS, Data, or subscription services.
- Experience in the life sciences industry/ medical/clinical operations desirable.
- Successful motivation of the team
- Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
- Strong application SaaS & software sales experience
- Working knowledge of life sciences industry
- Demonstrated success with process approached selling
