Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 p/a + free car park + benefits

Our client is a leading global engineering company, they are committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction, and are looking for an energetic and proactive Account Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Your main duties will include:

• Dealing with customer queries via email or telephone
• Build & maintain customer relationships from sales order to shipping/tracking order
• All Compliance logged into inhouse systems
• Dealing with complaints in a professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Sound knowledge of customer service principles
• Familiarity with ERP systems and sales management software
• Knowledge of export documentation and regulations (helpful)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
