We are looking for an experienced account execuitve with excellent customer service skills to join a well - established company in the mansfield area

The role of Account Executive will involve:

• Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from business clients
• Capturing relevant information in order to approach the market for relevant and competitive quotations.
• Managing service delivery from brief to completion
• Supplying quotations to clients via telephone and email - answering any queries
• Liasing with internal departments including warehouse and distribution
• Managing existing clients - answering queries and updating accounts
• Dealing with client adjustments
• Processing new policies and managing credit agreements
• Ah-hoc admin duties as required

The ideal candidate for the role of Account Executive will have:

• Previous account management experience
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels
• Computer literate with a good level of MS Office skills
