We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team, responsible for delivering growth, account retention, and development within our core client and prospect base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management and sales, who is adept at building relationships and meeting customer expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Resolve client issues and meet requirements by effectively managing the internal network.
- Develop and maintain a client contact base across the portfolio.
- Analyse end user requirements to identify and sell the correct services.
- Achieve growth, revenue, and retention targets by selling a range of products, including merchant services and cash technologies.
- Identify growth opportunities and realise these with targeted accounts.
- Deliver against agreed contact strategy, account plans, and KPIs.
- Manage own sales pipeline using CRM and ensure timely response to RFP/RFIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and competitor product knowledge.
- Support best practice sales initiatives across the team.
- Work with integrity, maintaining confidentiality and treating people fairly.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Contract Management teams to accelerate customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Participate in revenue management activities, such as forecasting and budget reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate calibre or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and sales-driven.
- Previous account management experience.
- Experience with telephone sales and account management.
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Resilient under pressure with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
