Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry connections, converting prospects into long-term clients by offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their policies are regularly reviewed and adjusted to meet evolving needs, while fostering client retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations, ensuring all interactions and documentation meet industry standards, mitigating potential risks.
  • Follow company protocols to ensure accurate client data management, policy processing, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Approach all tasks with diligence and precision, proactively addressing issues to safeguard client interests and uphold company standards.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring all communications and actions align with the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Cert CII qualification or higher
