Due togrowth within their Private Clients Personal Lines team throughout a number oftheir offices, a permanent role for a Personal Lines Account Executive hasarisen. This role can be based at any of the following offices Midlands/SouthYorkshire/Buckinghamshire or Warwickshire with the opportunity of hybridworking 3 days in that office.Your new roleYournew role as a Personal Lines Account Executive means you will play a key rolein building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting clientswith personal insurance needs, and driving growth within your assignedportfolio. Working closely with clients, you will assist in providing tailoredinsurance solutions, managing renewals, and ensuring their evolving needs aremet with expert advice. Dutieswill include building strong relationships with both client and Insurer, actingas the primary contact, ensuring client portfolios remain relevant throughregular reviews as well as identifying opportunities, generating leads anddriving growth by offering tailored commercial insurance solutions. Furtherduties will also include overseeing renewals, negotiating competitive terms,ensuring policies reflect evolving client needs, working closely withcolleagues and contributing to team success, sharing industry insights toenhance service standards and staying updated on market trends.What you'll need to succeedYourprevious experience working as a Personal Lines Account handler or AccountExecutive will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will haveexperience within the insurance sector, handling Personal Lines products suchas home, motor and travel insurance or Private Clients or E-Trade packagepolicies as well as having experience with Acturis or similar systems.Ideally,you will be Cert CII qualified or willingness to work towards it and haveexperience in assisting with renewals, new business development and managingclient queries. This role requires a proactive approach to client retention,excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to work wellin a team.PLEASEONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT HANDLEROR EXECUTIVE OR HAVE E-TRADE BUSINESS.
