Account Executive
Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to define and drive GTM strategy and sales processes in the UKI market.
In this role, the Account Executive will support the growth of software businesses across the UK and beyond by:
- Tailoring their approach to each stakeholder, recognising that leaders within the same company may have unique goals and challenges.
- Hosting strategic discussions with C-suite executives, conducting deep dives into products, and fine-tuning critical details.
- Building trust by listening, understanding success metrics, handling objections, crafting onboarding plans, and guiding the path to a signed contract.
About you:
Successful candidates will have:
- A proven track record (2+ years) in selling B2BSaaS products.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle—prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals—typically with VP and C-level executives.
- A history of exceeding targets in revenue-focused roles such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, ideally within high-growth software companies.

Successful Account Executives have huge growth opportunities here where there's a need for strong leadership across different teams, international expansions, and industry verticals.
Their rapidly expanding their European client base, so knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German, or Swedish) would be a plus, but not a requirement.
