This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package with excellent opportunities for growth and development.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing book of commercial insurance business for a portfolio of retail brokers, ensuring excellent service, in collaboration with your Account Executive.Key responsibilities
- Close co-operation with Account Executives, Underwriters, and approved vendors to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Processing new business placements, mid-term adjustments and renewals for a book of commercial insurance policies.
- Liaising and negotiating with internal and external Underwriters to secure best placement terms.
- Preparation of relevant policy documentation, ensuring accurate and timely provision to clients.
- Building relationships with brokers to deliver excellent service, providing advice in relation to the scope of cover and policy terms and conditions as appropriate.
- Achieving and exceeding individual QA and compliance targets.
- Accurate entry of policy and financial data into internal software platforms.
- Ensuring compliance with group and regulatory requirements and protocols.

- IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Desirable Criteria
- APA/CIP qualification held or working towards.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services industry a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of the London Market placement process.
