Job Description :

Position: Client Account Executive (Network Team)

Salary: £13.18 p/h

Contract: Temporary (high potential to go perm)

Location: Fully Remote but would need to be based near Telford or Warwick for office meetings

Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

Our client are looking to recruit an extra person on a temporary basis to help support their Network team, who are based all around the UK on a remote basis.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Make scheduled outbound calls to clients
  • Handle inbound enquiries via email and telephone
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and other departments.
  • Create appointments for network sales professionals.
  • Manage new business enquiries and update the CRM database.
  • Setting up contracts
  • Weekly reporting call stats

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional and empathetic call handling.
  • Good administrative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ideally be able to drive but not essential
