Position: Client Account Executive (Network Team)
Salary: £13.18 p/h
Contract: Temporary (high potential to go perm)
Location: Fully Remote but would need to be based near Telford or Warwick for office meetings
Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Our client are looking to recruit an extra person on a temporary basis to help support their Network team, who are based all around the UK on a remote basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Make scheduled outbound calls to clients
- Handle inbound enquiries via email and telephone
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and other departments.
- Create appointments for network sales professionals.
- Manage new business enquiries and update the CRM database.
- Setting up contracts
- Weekly reporting call stats
What We're Looking For:
- Professional and empathetic call handling.
- Good administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ideally be able to drive but not essential
