Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager/Customer Realtions to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background, within a B2B or construction environment.
The Role:You will play a key role in supporting the wider Customer Service team, working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional service. The role involves processing a high volume of client orders, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
