Account Manager - Salary up to £35K plus commission (2 days a week in office)

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing and client success?

Our client is a membership organisation that serves the interests of data drive marketeers, they are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of creative agency clients, working alongside other Account Managers who have their own portfolios.

In this role, you will be ensuring clients achieve outstanding results. Your ability to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be crucial in enhancing the clients' satisfaction and loyalty.

The Account Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of members to ensure they gain value from the relationship and renew their membership, have access to sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, networking events and corporate learning & development opportunities.

Your focus will be on achieving measurable outcomes, from increasing client engagement and brand awareness to driving revenue growth and customer retention. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to exceed client expectations and deliver tangible business results.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisations, acting as the hub of a wheel with access to member benefits. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efforts will ensure seamless execution of membership retention. You will also be supported in the role by an Account Executive that will support you day to day with execution of data entry, follow ups and diary management.

On offer is a basic salary up to £35K plus Bonus that can be up to £20K (uncapped), 2 days a week working from the office (Holborn) and collaborating with other team members, WFH, company benefits and flexible working hours.
