An exciting opportunity working for a leading global player in the nutrition industry. As the business continues to grow, they are hiring for a results-oriented Account Manager to develop the distribution team and drive business growth in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in Account Management with a good understanding of sales analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits with your team, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports.
- Strong knowledge of metrics with ability to analyse relevant sales and statistics to identify the strongest and weakest performing areas.
- Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that align with the company message/branding. Ability to decipher promotional ideas / initiatives from metrics and develop marketing strategy.
- Lead and work with the team to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed strategy.
- Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely and effective manner.
- Continuously fostering sales activities and sales engagement
Experience required.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
