This opportunity would suit an experienced Account Manager who has experience working within consultancy with a proven track record of successful managing B2B relationships. They offer excellent progression with a clear development path from day one.
Job description
- Acting as the first point of contact for key client accounts and managing relationships with excellent efficiency.
- Preparing accounts for tender by organising a budget pricing plan with different options making sure they are all cost effective.
- Working close with suppliers to make sure you have updated knowledge of market trends.
- Analysis the market on a daily basis to advise clients as best as possible.
- Dealing with all queries in a professional manner and achieving SLA’s on a daily basis.
- Consistently identifying new business opportunities with customers to consistently add value to their portfolio.
- Adding to new ideas on how to cross sell the services of the business.
Key skills
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Self-motivated and enjoys the autonomy of managing own daily tasks
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to multi task workload and achieve targets daily
- Good team player with collaborative mind set
