Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Epsom, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
This is primarily an office based position, with visits to customers nationwide. A company car will be provided as part of the package, along with a competitive salary and benefits.
Specific responsibilities of the Account Manager role will include:
- Managing relationships within a portfolio
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Addressing areas of concern and improving client satisfaction
- Maintaining relationships through face to face meetings, online meetings and on the phone
- Keeping accurate records using the CRM
- Continuously promoting the company’s services, networking, upselling and cross selling
- Assisting with marketing and promotional strategies
- Monitoring and reporting of financial performance
- Liaising with Finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports
- Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue
- Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience of managing client accounts in a commercial environment
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to take the initiative
- Organised with strong planning skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Happy to travel nationwide for client meetings and events
