Sales Account Manager, Blackburn. £30,000 Basic + great opportunities to progress
Our client is a secure, stable, and successful manufacturer supplying various end-users, including OEMs, waste recyclers, and power generation companies. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join the team in Blackburn, Lancashire. The role is office-based in Blackburn.
What You'll Need as a Technical Sales Account Manager:
- Proven B2B sales experience and a passion for providing brilliant customer service and increasing account spend.
- An interest in engineering - perhaps you enjoy understanding how things work, fixing things or restoring old cars!
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do as aTechnical Sales Account Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurture relationships, and maximise revenue generation.
- Handle inbound enquiries, prospect dormant accounts, and leverage platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube to expand your network.
- Work closely with the external sales team and specialist trade distributors to ensure customer needs are met.
