We are recruiting for a really exciting opportunity based in Norwich with our client who are looking for an IT Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a driven, dynamic team for someone with previous IT Account Management experience or someone who wants to take the next step in their career.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. There is hybrid and flexible working available.
The salary on offer is £35,000 (OTE £45,000).

Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of key client accounts within the IT sector.
- Sales Growth: Proactively manage the sales of our client's products and services to exceed monthly profit targets.
- Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and technologies to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Identifying Opportunities: Collaborate with your team to identify and seize large sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Performance Review: Regularly review and report on your performance to the Sales Manager.

- Proven Account Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts in the IT sector.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Product Knowledge: Excellent understanding of IT products and services.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
