Job Title: Account Manager - EMEA & APAC

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000pa + Commission / Bonus (up to £20K)

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll nurture relationships and drive growth across Europe and Asia, expanding their client base and uncovering new opportunities with a solutions-focused approach. If you’re dynamic, proactive, and experienced in selling research, consulting, or intangible services, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Renewals: Ensure on-time renewals of annual contracts.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Client Needs Analysis: Align products and services with client missions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
• Account Development: Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Client Support: Manage client inquiries and expectations.
• Reporting: Forecast sales and maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred).
• Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve services.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in account management, with a proven sales record.
• Experience in cleantech, sustainability, or related sectors preferred.
• Results-driven, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
