Customer Relationship Manager Location: PortsmouthSalary: Up to £40,000 P/A and a £6k car allowance. + Fantastic benefits!Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours, flexible between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.  Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit a customer relationship manager , to join the business As a Customer Relationship Manager you will:

• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts. 
• Building lasting professional relationships. 
• Updating clients frequently via telephone, writing and in person. 
• Taking ownership or account issues, ensuring they are resolved by liaising with other departments internally. 
• Generate new business opportunities where you see an opportunity 
• Attend meetings/appointments with clients. 
• Attend exhibitions 
• Producing reports and providing supporting administration. 

The ideal Customer Relationship  will have/be:

• Previous experience in a similar role where you have managed and built long standing relationships with clients.
• Be organised and able to carry a heavy workload. 
• Excellent customer service experience. 
• Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Will have excellent attention to detail.
